A tracking system for the Clermont mine's Progressive Rehabilitation and Closure Plan, built in Excel and Power BI and linked to ArcGIS, with automated milestone and compliance reporting through to 2042, executive progress dashboards and the plan's quality requirements tied to the inspection and test plans for each rehabilitation work.
The work
Rehabilitation obligations and milestones were tracked spatially through ArcGIS and reported in Excel and Power BI, with automated milestone and compliance reporting through to 2042 and executive progress dashboards.
The plan's quality requirements were integrated with the inspection and test plans developed for specific rehabilitation works.
The system ran within the 2023–2025 project management at Clermont; the projects delivered there are listed below.
