Attachments are optional and kept in private storage for our authorized staff. PDF, JPEG and PNG files are supported. Larger material can be shared by a link in the message; links are not fetched automatically.
Privacy and form terms
We use your name, contact details, message and any project information or files to assess and respond to the enquiry. Attachments are stored privately and can be downloaded only by authorized staff. When email notification is enabled, the email service receives the notification text, without attached files. Address lookup sends location search text to Google Maps when enabled; selecting manual entry stops lookup. Enquiry content and files are not sent to analytics.
Enquiries and files attached to them are retained as engineering and business records without an automatic deletion date. Files uploaded without a submitted enquiry can no longer be attached after 24 hours and become eligible for audited cleanup; this is not a promise that they are erased at that time. File-check and removal audit records are retained.
