Project management tool, Clermont coal mine
A custom project-management tool built in Excel with VBA and Python for Glencore's Clermont operation: interactive Gantt charts, automated status updates, quality-assurance integration, variation tracking and Power BI reporting.
The work
The tool combined interactive Gantt charts, automated status updates, QA integration, variation tracking and Power BI reporting workflows in an Excel workbook driven by VBA and Python.
It was developed during the 2023–2025 project management of the Clermont operation's dam, water and infrastructure works.
