A 14-sheet operational-works design package, prepared and certified, for a three-lot rural-residential development in the Logan region.
The work
The package included civil drawings, a certified design report, stormwater management, water and wastewater reports, vegetation management and site rehabilitation plans.
Pavement design, building pads, a waste hardstand and clearing limits were addressed in the Revision 1 design package.
